Job summary

JSC Management Group is seeking motivated team members to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with stock, stocking inventory, and multi-tasking across stations to keep operations smooth and efficient.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with a smile and maintain politeness and respect.
• Receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to guest issues.
• Verify the accuracy of guests’ orders and help prepare and package orders.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards in all work areas.
• Willing to help unload and stock inventory items.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations and multitask.
• Strong ability to walk and stand through 4-8 hour shifts and lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to always meet and maintain Company uniform and grooming standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn how to perform basic tasks.
