Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Rooms Inventory Manager to oversee the reservations department, ensuring efficient booking processes, maximizing room revenue, and delivering exceptional guest service. This role manages reservation systems, coordinates with sales and front office, and leads the team to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

The position requires 2–5 years in hotel reservations or revenue management, strong PMS knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or revenue management.
• Experience supervising or managing a team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and PMS software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the reservations department to optimize booking processes and maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with sales and front office teams, monitor inventory and rates.
• Lead the reservations team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain proficiency in all PMS and reservation platforms (Opera, SynXis, etc.).
• Monitor reports and ensure accuracy and operational readiness.
