Yochana IT Solutions Inc. seeks a CAD/Design engineer to develop concepts and layouts for OEM projects in Ohio. Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 and 3D modeling will drive timely design iterations and open-item closures. On-site work at the OEM site is required.
You will create layouts, drawings to OEM standards, support cost estimation and supplier quotes analysis, and coordinate with styling, suppliers, and factory to meet development targets.
Formación
- Experience with CATIA V5 and V6 for design concepts and 3D modeling.
- Ability to create layouts and OEM drawings to standards.
- Understanding of part/assembly cost drivers and design methods.
- On-site collaboration with OEMs and PSCs; pro-active problem solving.
Responsabilidades
- Development of design concepts based on project direction guidance from OEM.
- CAD Activities in CATIA V5 and V6.
- Evaluation and Open Item Closure.
- Creation of Layouts.
- Styling feasibility with LA Studio.
- 3D Modeling.
- Drawing Creation to OEMs standards using latest software systems.
- Cost Estimation & Analysis of Supplier Quotes.
- Evaluation Attendance & C/M creation and response (e.g. Gap and flushness, IQS, Wiring & Piping, etc).
