Capstone Precision Group is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift. You will operate and maintain production machines, prepare and load components, and perform quality inspections to ensure output meets specifications.
The role requires reading and following written instructions, basic data entry, and durable numeric skills. You will work in a production environment with a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule and benefits once employed.

The Machine Operator position will be responsible for maintaining the machine output levels. The position responsibilities consist of machine operations, parts preparation, loading of components, parts inspections, maintenance, and quality inspections.

The work is primarily performed in a typical production environment. Wear safety attire or protective gear, may be exposed to distracting noise levels, may work within a few feet of other workers. For the most part ambient room temperatures and lighting as found in a typical office environment.
