Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Supervisor: Foreman to operate a bulldozer and manage earthmoving tasks on an active construction site. The role requires safe operation, attention to slope shaping, and coordination with truck drivers to facilitate material loading.

You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure adherence to safety policies. English communication is essential; the work is outdoors with heavy physical activity.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications.
• Experience operating heavy equipment with safety.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozer safely and efficiently.
• Cut ditches, slopes, grades, clear brush, shape and dress slopes.
• Start engines, adjust throttles, and operate controls as directed.
• Coordinate with truck driver for loading dirt, rocks and materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures on a construction site.
