Job summary

Louisiana Bridge Builders in Lake Charles, LA seeks a Bulldozer Operator I to support heavy earthmoving for the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge project. You will operate bulldozers and related equipment, perform pre-shift inspections, and follow blueprints and construction plans.

Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience operating construction equipment.
NCCER certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery to complete grading, leveling, clearing debris, digging trenches, and pushing materials.
Shape terrain and move earth, rocks, and rubble according to blueprints and plans.
Perform pre-shift equipment inspections.
Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and fueling of equipment.
Coordinate machine actions with crew using signals.
Operate safely and efficiently and perform other duties as assigned.
