Job summary

Post Consumer Brands in Tremonton, UT, a unit of Post Holdings, Inc., seeks a maintenance/warehouse associate for 12‑hour shifts. You will perform inventory checks, move trailers, and assist with loading/unloading railcars and trucks while coaching teammates and following safety procedures.

You’ll work in a team-focused environment, gain experience with WMS and material handling equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while supporting quality and food-safety programs.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or preferred
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge to operate material handling equipment
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Strong English communication skills
• Able to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory investigations and reconciliations.
• Rotate between bulk and dock teams; move trailers in yard as needed.
• Train and coach other employees on equipment and procedures.
• Unload bulk dry and bulk liquid commodities from railcar or tanker.
• Load trailers and tankers with dry, wet, or liquid waste.
• Operate equipment to move railcars and waste trailers.
• Assist in moving trailers to/from dock doors and assist in other areas.
• Maintain sanitation and participate in safety audits and CIP tasks.
• Record data for performance metrics and support continuous improvement.
