Grammer Logistics in Cotulla, TX is seeking a Transloader/Operator to ensure accurate, timely, and safe shipments of bulky commodities between rail and truck. The role involves operating equipment, inspecting and maintaining gear, and keeping thorough activity and maintenance records.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work varying shifts, including overtime. Hazmat training is preferred, and safety is the top priority.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and understand English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Capable to learn railcar/trans loading equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Load/Unload various commodities between rail and truck (transload).
• Operate various types of equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment; perform minor repairs and routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records (activity, inventory, maintenance logs).
• Direct drivers to loading/unloading areas and prepare Bills of Ladings.
