Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring a Bulk Technician to support apartment communities by removing bulk items and coordinating pickups. This is a physical, route-driven role requiring lifting, driving a company truck, and documenting items with our mobile app.

You’ll work Monday–Friday starting at 7:00 AM, with overtime possible. We offer competitive wages and full-time benefits, including health coverage, 401K, and PTO, in a safety-conscious team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid non-CDL driver's license with at least 2 consecutive years of licensed driving.
• Clean driving record - verified after offer.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT medical card).
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable operating a vehicle for extended periods and working in outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck and trailer to service properties along an assigned daily route.
• Check in, photograph, and document bulky items using our mobile app.
• Load and secure oversized items using proper lifting and stacking techniques.
• Haul collected items to the disposal facility and unload upon arrival.
• Complete scheduled pickups efficiently within established timeframes.
• Communicate property concerns or service exceptions to management promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.
