Patterson Companies, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Receiving Associate for 1st shift in South Bend, IN. You will unload, inspect, count, and verify inbound packages, match to purchase orders, and enter data into our computer systems. You’ll prepare items for staging and address discrepancies with the OS&D team.

Qualifications

• Proficient and accurate PC/keyboard skills.
• Familiar with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and email.
• Ability to read, write and count.
• Comprehensive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• Forklift certification or the ability to train and certify.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, inspects, counts, and signs for inbound packages and skids.
• Sorts skids/packages by business unit and matches to PO.
• Enters quantities into the computer system and prints receipts.
• Places product in staging area and assists put away.
• Identify non-conformances and notify OS&D.
