Job summary

Airgas is seeking a Bulk Project Engineer to lead design, installation, and troubleshooting of bulk cryogenic systems in the Horsham, PA region. You will guide field teams, support installations, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across projects.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or equivalent experience, with strong coordination across departments and a solid foundation in electrical, welding, and fabrication technologies. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree required; or up to five years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years in merchant/packaged gas project coordination or technician roles.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of electrical, welding, brazing, cutting and fabrication technologies is a plus.
• SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, installation, repair and troubleshooting of bulk cryogenic systems and applications.
• Provide technical support to field service technicians and Bulk Specialists on new installations/upgrades and major repairs.
• Support safety culture for the region's Bulk Operations Team and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with FSC and customers to define project scope, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Ensure projects meet quality, time and cost objectives and align with BIM and Airgas standards.
