Job summary

SLB is seeking a Bulk Plant Operator to ensure safe, efficient product delivery and reliable service at our Texas operation. You will blend bulk products, perform quality checks, and coordinate with logistics to support wellsite delivery.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation, with daily equipment checks and adherence to HSE policies. Must be prepared for outdoor work and variable weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in oilfield operations, bulk plant operations, logistics, or related environment.
• Ability to follow procedures, work instructions, and safe work practices in a high-activity setting.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to work outdoors/in varying weather conditions and meet physical demands.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to wellsite on time according to the job program design.
• Check and calculate quantities of material blends prior to loading.
• Follow Product Line quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading.
• Coordinate movement of bulk products with PSD and Logistics Team.
• Assist in monthly inventory and daily paperwork for goods received and shipped.
• Label and store additives safely and dispose of empty drums and pails.
