Job summary

Magnum Cementing Services Ltd. is seeking a Bulk Plant Operator to support our station operations in Williston. You will blend and mix materials per design specs, manage inventory, and ensure equipment is ready for dispatch.

This safety-sensitive role requires strong attention to detail and teamwork. Two seniority levels exist based on skill, with responsibilities extending to training others, optimizing plant setup, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 kg and performing repetitive movements.
• On-call 24 hours on a 15 days on, 6 days off schedule, with possible changes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Blend and mix materials per programmed designs for deliveries.
• Ensure Bulk Plant readiness, maintenance, and inspections of equipment.
• Keep Bulk Plant clean and orderly; manage inventory and labeling.
• Meet tight job timelines and safety standards.
• Operate forklift and communicate with sales/dispatch.
• Disposal of used containers following environmental rules.
• Support station operations and training of other operators.
