Job summary

Ajax Distributing Company is seeking a Bulk Merchandiser to manage merchandising and stocking in assigned accounts. You will work with the account manager to develop merchandising plans, ensure product freshness, and maintain presentation standards.

Responsibilities include setting up displays, monitoring inventory, and building relationships with store personnel while complying with policies and regulations. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy products (up to 35 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products in assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with account manager to develop and execute merchandising plans.
• Ensure proper product rotation and freshness.
• Set up displays and maintain product presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the account manager.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local/state regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
