Job summary

CAM Industrial Solutions is seeking a Bulk Loader to join our manufacturing team in the United States. You will review production schedules, add raw materials to reactors, and monitor batch quality to ensure consistent results.

Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, transferring product to containers, performing basic quality checks, and completing SAP batch documentation. The role requires safety awareness and the ability to work in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience with pumps, read meters, and tracking mixing/quality data.
• 1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (sampling, pH tests).
• 1 year of experience mixing several tanks and documenting results.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedules and ensure raw materials are available.
• Follow instructions and add raw materials to reactors.
• Monitor batch quality and report out-of-spec materials.
• Clean reactors.
• Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment.
• Transfer product into containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums.
• Perform preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance activities.
• Understand and perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Complete paperwork and enter batch information into SAP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do:

• Review daily production schedules and ensures the raw materials required are available
• Follow process instructions and accurately adds raw materials to reactors
• Perform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consultswith Quality personnel on any batch adjustments.
• Properly cleansout reactors
• Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product
• Transferring product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums etc.
• Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance
• Manages Autonomous Maintenance activities
• Understand and performs Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO)
• Completespaperwork and enter batch information into SAP
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of manufacturing experience working with systems, pumps, read meters, basic Quality Control data and to track mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.)
• 1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (take samples, perform pH tests)
• 1 year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately complete related documents

• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
