Job summary

Littleton Coin Company, headquartered in Littleton, NH, is seeking an Inventory Associate to accurately inspect and store incoming stock while verifying quantity and product type against purchase orders.

You will prepare merchandise, assign locations, and assist with cycle counts and inventories, using lift equipment, barcode scanners, and coin counting machines.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 20/20 corrected vision with color discrimination capability.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, more with assistance.
• Basic math skills and accurate counting ability.
• Ability to use a computer terminal and scanning equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify coin and bank note types (training provided).
• Ability to perform repetitious work and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verifying incoming coins and currency for accuracy of quantity and product type.
• Preparing merchandise for storage and assign product locations.
• Pulling existing stock for inventory requests.
• Operating lift equipment, coin counting machines and bar code scanners.
• Participating in cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Overall accuracy and error detection.
• Properly handling product according to company guidelines.
• Performing regular organizational functions to maintain accurate inventory systems.

Accurately and efficiently handle stock and its storage for our Coin Inventory department, including inspecting and verifying incoming items.

In this fast-paced job, you’ll inspect and verify incoming stock – both quantity and product type against purchase order documents. You’ll also prepare merchandise and organize into designated storage areas.
