Job summary

Valvoline Global Operations seeks a Blender to mix raw materials and produce bulk lubricants. The role supports offload, loading, and movement of bulk materials to packaging lines, ensuring accurate product filling.

Responsibilities include accurate sampling, quality checks with the lab, and strong communication with packaging teams. Safety, 5S compliance, and regulatory adherence are essential in this hands-on manufacturing position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient at basic math.
• Basic computer skills.
• Process and detail oriented.
• Prior use of SAP is a plus.
• Experience with bulk liquids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Blend raw materials to finish bulk lubricants.
• Assist with offload of raw materials and loading of trucks/rail cars.
• Move bulk to packaging lines and support packaging operations.
• Retain samples and coordinate with lab for quality checks.
• Communicate with packaging lines to coordinate filling of products.
• Adhere to 5S standards and safety regulations.
• Follow all local and federal regulations including EPA and USCG.
