Winland Foods in Minot, ND is hiring for a Bulk Loader/Material Handler. You will operate rail and truck equipment, monitor processes, and support packaging flow, with a focus on safety and quality.

You will perform routine checks, changeovers, and basic maintenance, using SAP, IQS, MII and Weaver. Strong teamwork, good English communication, and high school diploma required; forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic rail and truck machinery and perform routine checks.
• Complete equipment changeovers and address operational issues quickly.
• Maintain sanitation and follow GMP, HACCP, FSMA policies.
• Record inventory and quality data in SAP.
• Lead shift meetings and train others on advanced operations.
