Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson, Inc. is seeking a Bulk Distribution Terminal Manager to lead regional bulk cryogenic product distribution with a safety-first, customer-focused approach and cost-conscious operations.

The role requires overseeing maintenance programs, driver scheduling, regulatory compliance (DOT/OSHA), and collaboration with sales and production teams, while coaching staff to improve performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Cryogenic distribution experience a plus.
• 5 to 10 years transportation experience with at least 3 years in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety through implementation of national and regional safety programs and initiatives.
• Conduct accident and injury investigations.
• Train and provide qualified drivers and resources to meet daily schedule requirements.
• Manage the hours of service for all drivers and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Improve profitability by reducing cost to deliver.
• Manage maintenance programs for distribution vehicles and equipment.
• Monitor and manage cost to operate against budget.
• Administration management including payroll and customer billing.
• Work with and support area sales and production efforts.
• Must have strong coaching and developing skills.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, OSHA and hazardous material regulations.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

BulkDistribution Terminal Manager Salary $105,000 per year

Position Summary

Manages the distribution of bulk cryogenic products toensure a safety first, customer focused operation at the least cost.Establishes and controls standards of preventative maintenance, equipmentrepair and replacement. Manages bulk distribution personnel located within theregional area of responsibility. Represents regional interests with theDivisions Transportation and Logistics team, and implements Company anddivisional initiatives at the regional level.
