Fiesta Mart in Ft. Worth, Texas is hiring a Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk for Store 067 Dallas West Bolt. This role focuses on friendly customer service, stocking and rotating cheese and deli displays, and maintaining a clean, organized department.

The Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk works shifts, including mornings, assists customers throughout the shift, and follows safety and food-handling requirements. Basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds are needed.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English; interact with the public and coworkers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags and memos.
• Write simple correspondence and present information to customers and colleagues.
• Lift and move up to 60 pounds occasionally; capable of standing and walking for long hours.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, courteous service and assist customers in the Bulk Deli.
• Clean, fill and rotate cheese and deli displays; ensure department cleanliness.

The Opportunity

Under direct supervision the Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk provides friendly, courteous and helpful service. This position assists customers, cleans, fills and rotates the cheese and deli displays in the Bulk Deli.

The Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk position consists of two different shifts. The morning shift begins the day replenishing product, as instructed by the Bulk Deli Manager or Assistant Bulk Deli Manager, in a specifically assigned area. The Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk is responsible for assisting customers throughout the entire shift. The Bulk Deli Cheese Clerks will also maintain the cleanliness of the department throughout the shift.

The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements. Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to: preparation, handling and serving food.
