Job summary

El Super is hiring for a Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk in Albuquerque to join the Store Operations Team. The role involves assisting customers, stocking cheese and deli displays, and maintaining department cleanliness in a fast-paced grocery environment. The morning shift begins by replenishing product under supervision, with two shifts available.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous and helpful service to customers.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and rotation of cheese and deli displays in the Bulk Deli.
• Maintain cleanliness of the department throughout the shift and support the Bulk Deli Manager.
