Job summary

El Super store in Oxnard is hiring a Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk (#46 Oxnard) to join the Store Operations Team. Under direct supervision you will assist customers, refresh cheese displays, and help maintain a clean, fast-paced deli area.

Starting at 16.90 per hour, the role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, good communication, and basic computer skills. This on-site position offers community-focused work in a busy grocery environment with opportunities for growth within the El Super family.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and write simple memos.
• Willingness to lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Food handler card may be required for food-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and keep the cheese and deli displays tidy and rotated.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift in a fast-paced grocery setting.
• Support other store operations as directed by the Bulk Deli Manager.
