Job summary

Vermillion, Inc. is seeking a Bulk Technician to operate and set up equipment that fabricates bulk cable material for internal and external customers. You will handle spooling, sleeving, and tape processes while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires ability to interpret drawings, manage multiple tasks, and lift up to 30 pounds. Training in spark testing and line procedures will be provided as you progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks.
• General knowledge of machine operation.
• Clear vision at 20 inches and 20 feet (with/without corrective eyewear).
• Color vision to identify colors.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machines to fabricate bulk cable material.
• Follow Vermillion Quality Management System and Safety standards.
• Perform Bulk Re-Spool, sleeving, and tape operations as specified.
• Develop understanding of spark testing and related equipment.
