Berger in Watsonville, CA is seeking a Bulk Bag Operator to operate the equipment and maintain a continuous flow of product. You will adjust the bagger for quality and efficiency, and work as part of a safety-conscious team.

Responsibilities include ensuring smooth bagger operation, preparing pallets, maintaining a clean workspace, and communicating with teammates on issues. This role includes training and benefits as part of an engaging production environment.

Qualifications

Bulk Bag Operator

You’re in luck! We have the perfect position for you! We are looking for a Bulk Bag Operator to operate the equipment efficiently and maintain a continuous flow of product. With your vigilance, you will ensure the smooth running of the bulk bagger. Your role within the team is very important and you will be recognized for you work.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Make sure of the smooth running of thebulk baggerby making the necessary adjustments to deliver a productthatmeets the requirements;
• Verifies supply inventory to each shift;
• Prepare the pallets for the bulk bags;
• Maintain equipment and work environment clean and in goodcondition;
• Ensure to communicate with the appropriate personnel during problems or specific demands;
• Make minor maintenance of the equipment and participate to troubleshooting during problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• You can use equipment such as a forklift;
• You are physically capable of lifting 55 lbs repeatedly;
• You are punctual, alert and dynamic;
• You like to work in a team;
• You have forklift competence card (an asset).
