The Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Lima supports the POD Model within the One Tier Sales Strategy in a flexible, 24/7 operation.

This role may provide vacation coverage and serve as the first contact for weekend timing and route coverage, coordinating between customers, merchandisers, and drivers for refusals and inventory issues. Candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of work experience with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs. Provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products to ensure excellence in Right Execution Daily scores for assigned customers.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product and managing pallets, shells, damaged and out of date product.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves where permitted; rotates product and checks vendor operation.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests, pricing, special programs, and upcoming activities.
