Job Overview

The Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist supports the POD Model within the One Tier Sales Strategy in a flexible, 24/7 operation. This role involves providing vacation coverage, acting as a first contact for weekend route coverage, and liaising between customers, merchandisers, and drivers regarding orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and rotate products on display and shelves according to procedures.
• Manage assigned customer routes, generate sales orders, and contribute to revenue and profit goals.
• Execute promotions and new product displays to ensure high execution scores.
• Maintain back room organization, including stacking, product rotation, and return of empty pallets.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
• Identify and communicate market issues impacting the business.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 0-1 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Work Environment

Varies and may include exposure to weather, coolers, and non-temperature controlled storage areas.
