Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Zanesville, OH, is hiring Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model in a flexible, 24/7 operation.

The role includes vacation coverage, coordinating routes, and serving as a liaison among customers, merchandisers, and drivers to ensure proper order handling and inventory control. You will merchandise displays, implement promotions, and build strong store relationships while contributing to revenue and gross profit, all while following

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0–1 year of work experience is acceptable.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Mansioni

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes.
• Executes promotions and new products based on plans to ensure execution quality.
• Organizes back room and stock with pallets and returned/expired products.
• Creates and distributes POS materials and ensures vendor equipment operates.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel and handles pricing discussions.
• Interfaces between customer, merchandiser, and driver for orders and coverage.
