Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Mechanicsville/Ashland seeks a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model in a 24/7 operation. You will coordinate with store teams, merchandisers and drivers to ensure proper route coverage and inventory flow.

This role covers vacation relief, late PM/early AM weekends, and liaison duties for order refusals, promotions, and shelf execution. Candidates should excel in communication, problem solving, and customer service, with a high school diploma and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure excellence in execution scores.
• Organizes and maintains back room, stacks and arranges product, and handles returns.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products on shelves.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel and follows up on requests.
• Identifies competitive issues and communicates market activities impacting the business.
