Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model in a 24/7 operation. The role focuses on filling, merchandising, and coordinating with merchandisers and drivers to ensure coverage and sales orders while supporting promotions and inventory flow.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year of experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves.
• Manages and sells to an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products according to LOS, marketing, and planograms.
• Organizes back room and returns pallets, shells, damaged, or outdated products.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up and proactive pricing.
• May serve as first call for late PM/early AM weekends ensuring route coverage and liaison with customer, merchandiser and driver.
