As a ‘Sales and Project Manager Hematology,’ you will manage strong relationships with clients and ensure our products are prescribed to the right patients within your region. Key audiences include hematologists and nurse specialists. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Medical, Marketing, and Market Access to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Account strategy, operational planning, client interactions, and project management;
  • Organizing meetings, following up on activities, and building long-term client relationships;
  • Working independently with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to develop and manage projects from start to finish, tracking results;
  • Staying informed about developments in hematology, ongoing studies, and challenges faced by healthcare providers and patients. Leading the development and implementation of solutions with colleagues;
  • Participating in or organizing scientific activities and attending national/regional congresses;
  • Discussing which patients benefit most from our medicines, providing accurate information, and collaborating with accounts and healthcare providers to improve patient care;
  • Acting independently, confidently representing Lilly, showing ownership, learning quickly, and creatively solving access challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Experience and network within Dutch hematology are essential
  • Experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical company is a plus
  • Resident in the Netherlands
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Holder of a valid B driving license
  • Patient-oriented, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently without losing sight of team goals
  • Interest in translating science into clinically meaningful solutions for customers
  • Optimistic, entrepreneurial mindset, spotting project opportunities
  • Integrity and compliance with Lilly SOPs and Dutch laws
