Job description

As a Lecturer, you will teach effectively on a range of courses and at a range of levels as agreed with your line manager/Head of School. You will support learners to achieve successful outcomes and participate in retention and recruitment activities as appropriate. You would set high expectations for learners and contribute to an environment that encourages all learners to be aspirational., All staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of learners, and all those working at the College are expected to uphold this commitment.
