WSP is seeking an experienced Building Technology Systems - Senior Consultant to join our Northeast Region team in the New York area, with office locations in NY, NJ, PA, and MA. The role focuses on designing and coordinating structured cabling, electronic security, and audiovisual systems for a variety of projects.
You will collaborate with lead consultants through design, coordination, and construction administration, and assist with client engagements and business development as needed.

Locations include New York, NY; Newark, NJ; Philadelphia, PA and Boston, MA. This role will support and collaborate closely with Lead Consultants and project teams in the design, coordination, and construction administration of building technology systems across a wide range of projects.
About the Job:
Our team supports the design and integration of future-ready building technology systems. We work on high-quality, high-profile, local, national, and international projects. You will actively participate in the complete project cycle, from the design phase through the final construction close-out. Project verticals include, but are not limited to: financial services, healthcare, corporate, residential, stadium and large venue, mission critical/data center, education and government/federal.
This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate must be able to commute to a regional office approximately 1-2 days a week. In-office presence will be determined by business, project, and client needs.
Ability and willingness to travel as required to support client, project, and business needs.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $107,500 - $145,000
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
