Qualifications

• 4 years of building control systems inspection, testing, repair and maintenance in a hospital environment.
• Coursework/Training: Must have completed extensive specialized training courses, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability and experience may be accepted in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, repair and maintain building control systems in a hospital setting.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and HVAC-related maintenance tasks across the facilities.
• Support safety, reliability and performance of complex building systems.
