Qualifications

• Current FDNY S-95 Certificate of Fitness — Required.
• Building superintendent, maintenance supervisor, or similar experience.
• Strong general building maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building maintenance and operations.
• Perform building and equipment inspections.
• Complete general maintenance and minor repairs.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance/cleaning staff as needed.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and specialized repairs.
• Monitor work orders, supplies, and maintenance needs.
• Respond to urgent building issues.
• Maintain required building and maintenance records.
• Perform duties related to the building's fire alarm system.
