Sub Teacher Source is seeking Building Substitute Teachers to cover classrooms in Warren and nearby areas. As a Building Sub, you report to the same school daily and step into whichever classroom needs you that day, building rapport with staff and students.

We also welcome substitutes for specials like music, art, PE and STEM; lesson plans are provided to help you get started quickly.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits with official transcripts.
• Original Social Security card and a valid photo ID.
• Michigan Livescan background check (approx. $70) paid by candidate.
• Reliable transportation.
• A positive, dependable presence for students.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned classroom as needed at the same school each day.
• Get to know the staff, students and routines.
• Support teaching plans and classroom activities, including specials when assigned.

Sub Teacher Source is hiring Building Substitute Teachers for our partner schools in Warren, Center Line, Eastpointe, Harper Woods and St. Clair Shores. As a Building Sub, you report to the same school each day you work and cover whichever classroom needs you that day. You get to know the staff, the students and the routines, and the school gets to know you.

We are also hiring substitutes who enjoy teaching specials such as music, art, PE and STEM. Lesson plans are provided.

Requirements
