A bachelor’s degree in education or related field is preferred, and prior middle school experience is desirable. The substitute will support inclusive learning and be adaptable to various classroom needs, for a 180-day school year at $165 per day.

Job Description

The Galvin Middle School is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve as our building substitute for the 2026-27 school year. Qualified candidates will have prior work experience with middle schoolstudents, preferably across grades 6-8.

A successful building substitute will:

• -Possess a strong ability to problem solve and take initiative
• -Have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or a related field

COMPENSATION: $165/day
