Job Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair duties across all bank locations. Maintain the bank’s professional image through proactive property care and resolution of facility-related needs. Act independently to ensure full compliance with bank standards and safety regulations, utilizing professional judgement to address operational challenges.

  • Warehouse & Inventory Management: Maintain safety and functionality of warehouse space. Serve as primary contact for all deliveries and shipments.
  • General Maintenance & Repairs: Troubleshoot minor mechanical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry to determine vendor assistance; perform routine tasks.
  • Grounds & Exterior Upkeep: Maintain exterior appearance such as removing debris from parking lots, power washing surfaces, managing flag protocols, and installing promotional banners at branch locations.
  • Vendor Performance Management: Serve as point of contact for all outsourced building services; direct on-site vendor activities to ensure repairs and specialized services are completed on schedule, within scope, and with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Administrative Tracking: Maintain maintenance logs, request, service schedules, and completed work orders to ensure operational continuity.
  • Records Management: Monitor the document storage area and coordinate the secure, timely destruction of confidential information in compliance with retention policies.
  • Event Support: Facilitate facility setups for corporate events, meetings, and training sessions by arranging furniture and equipment in the lobby or designated meeting rooms.
  • Logistics & Fleet Operation: Operate a motor vehicle to transport materials and provide maintenance support to satellite branch facilities.
Marginal Functions
  • Seasonal Grounds Care: Mitigate weather-related hazards by sweeping walkways and performing snow/ice removal; assist with the installation and removal of seasonal holiday decorations.
  • Janitorial Support: Perform supplemental cleaning tasks as needed, including vacuuming, mopping, high-surface dusting, and specialized stain removal from upholstery or flooring.
  • Heavy Lifting & Relocation: Assist in the movement of office furniture, crates, equipment, and storage boxes to facilitate workspace transitions.
  • Miscellaneous Support: Execute other building-related duties as assigned by management to support facility operations.
Bank Secrecy Act Duties
  • In the performance of respective tasks and duties, this position must maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and all other regulatory, security, and Bank policies and procedures.

  • Regular and punctual attendance is expected, and appropriate attire is required at all times, while either performing job functions or representing the Bank at outside events and activities.

  • High School graduation or equivalent.
  • Two years of recent related work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license. Personal motor vehicle to be used in transporting supplies and maintaining branch facilities (mileage reimbursed).
