Pay Range

$19.82 - $23.69 Hourly (Specific to OHI, DEL, NY, CA, CO, WA, MD, CT, IL, NV, KY, MI, NJ, ME, MO, MA, MT)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety, security, and control of the building at all times
• Control access to the building; verify identification and entrance authorization
• Monitor CCTV system for any suspicious activity near the building
• Alert management of any suspicious activity and notify emergency services, if necessary
• Maintain radio communication with truck crews throughout the day
• Scan personnel with metal detectors
• Complete daily reports
• Cross‑train and perform other duties as assigned
• Guard liability and assets
