Job summary

Balance Innovations is looking for Brink’s Vault Personnel responsible for cash accounting work in branch locations. This role involves verifying bank deposits, preparing cash shipments, and ensuring the security and accuracy of liability.

The ideal candidate will be prepared to maintain safety, complete data entry, and monitor process efficiency. A valid firearms permit or ability to meet licensing requirements is essential for this position.

Pay Range

$21.96 - $26.24 hourly (Specific to OHI, DEL, NY, CA, CO, WA, MD, CT, IL, NV, KY, MI, NJ, ME, MO, MA, MT).

Job Summary

Brink’s Vault Personnel are responsible for cash accounting work in branch locations worldwide, verifying bank deposits, preparing cash shipments, and ensuring the security and accuracy of liability.

Key Responsibilities

• Guard and maintain safety and security of employees, vault, and liability.
• Prepare outbound orders and replenishments for next day’s routes.
• Monitor performance of processes and machines to ensure efficiency.
• Complete data entry for all transactions of liability.
• Generate and maintain daily records and reports.
• Guard liability and assets.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Data entry skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
• Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
• Ability to work collaboratively in branch locations.
• Completion of all internal training applicable to the position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault balancing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, cashier/teller operations.
• Military background.
