Brink’s Vault Personnel are responsible for ensuring the accurate handling, processing, and secure movement of cash and liability across branch locations worldwide. The role encompasses daily cash accounting, preparation of shipments, and safeguarding of vault assets.

Responsibilities

• Verify bank deposits, prepare cash shipments, and connect money from one place to the next.
• Guard and maintain the safety and security of employees, vault, and liability.
• Prepare outbound orders and replenishments for the next day’s routes.
• Monitor performance of processes and machines to ensure efficiency.
• Complete data entry for all transactions of liability.
• Generate and maintain all records and reports daily.
• Guard liability and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
• Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in branch locations.
• Successful completion of all required internal training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault balancing, or account reconciliation.
• Experience in ATM processing or cashier/teller work.
• Military background.
