Qualifications

• Customer service oriented role requiring complete understanding of the permit process.
• Experience in municipal government or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept applications and verify submittal completeness.
• Route to technical review and compile review comments.
• Assess fees, verify payments, issue permits and certificates of occupancy.
• Schedule inspections and close out permits.
• Serve as front-line contact via phone and email for permit inquiries.
