These policies set energy or GHG performance targets that must be met and/or specify building improvements that must be made in order to avoid incurring significant fines. Conservice offers a service that supports our Real Estate clients’ BPS tracking and reporting needs.

The Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the submission data is complete and accurate, making the submissions, and keeping the clients’ records in Conservice’s ESG platform up-to-date.
