Job Summary:

The GDI/Ainsworth family seeks an energetic team member responsible for routine maintenance and repairs across buildings, equipment, and grounds, including tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and janitorial duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate and oversee contractors for professional repairs.
  • Diagnose and fix mechanical issues.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
