Job summary

The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, manage CMMS entries, respond to service requests, and coordinate with vendors during facility upgrades, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of building maintenance experience (electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CMMS platforms.
• Ability to operate with multiple building control systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CMMS with accurate information and completed work orders.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to online service requests and complete work professionally.
• Assist with installations of new equipment and replacement of existing systems.
• Review quality and pricing of work by outside contractors and vendors.
• Maintain inventory of parts and equipment and submit replacement requests.
