JLL is seeking a Maintenance & Event Technician in Raleigh, NC to support facilities operations. You will perform building and equipment maintenance, assist with event setup and repairs, and document work in the CMMS system while coordinating with IT, Events, and vendors.
The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs, with the ability to lift heavy loads and work on-call after hours. Prior experience in apartment maintenance is a plus.

The Maintenance & Event Technician supports operations at assigned facilities included but not limited to conference room set-ups, misc. building inspections and minor repairs. Assist lead technicians with event set up/tear down of arranging tables, chairs, podiums, and equipment, maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems, painting and patching of walls, door adjustments etc. Assists in maintenance and repair efforts, assist with troubleshooting and/or creating IT tickets for misc. desktop and conference room hardware devices, as well as independently performing defined tasks. Performs building and equipment inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, doors, signage, fire extinguishers, etc.
This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
