Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise building inspectors and manage inspection programs.
• Serve as subject matter expert supporting the sales team.
• Conduct client visits for complex or escalated projects.

• Oversee issuance of permits, plan approvals, occupancy certificates, and reports.
• Interpret codes and guide architects, engineers, contractors, owners.
• Collaborate with fire, planning, zoning, engineering, public works.
• Manage appeals, code updates, and ordinance revisions.
• Maintain records and prepare inspections and compliance reports.

What You'll Do
