Carter Lumber in Mason, OH is seeking a Delivery Specialist who enjoys fast-paced customer service and the energy of field delivery. You will transport orders safely using a company vehicle and ensure daily delivery schedules are met while providing friendly, professional service.

If deliveries slow, you may help in the Yard to reach weekly hours, and you’ll be part of a growing, family-owned company that promotes from within and values honesty and hard work.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials.
• A valid driver's license (class C or D) with an acceptable driving record.
• Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment is preferred.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Friendly, customer-service-driven personality.

Responsibilities

• Transport orders to customers in a safe and timely manner using a company vehicle.
• Ensure daily delivery schedules are met while providing friendly and professional customer service.
• If deliveries slow down, assist in the Yard to meet weekly hours goals.
