Job summary

CBRE Project Management Consultant role focuses on building management deployment. You will manage all aspects of project management for singular real estate projects, coordinating with clients to define scope, milestones, and resources.

The role requires guiding internal teams, ensuring governance, and tracking progress to meet budget and schedule. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of experience; LEED AP, PMP, CCM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in construction management and building management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects, from initiation to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, milestones, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams.
• Implement project governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team to meet goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and build consensus to reach agreements.
• Impact activities within the team and related groups.
• Work within broad guidelines and explain difficult information.
