  • Assist the Heating Department with continuous cleaning of ventilation systems and changing filters in assigned areas
  • Inspect work conditions to ensure compliance with operating and safety standards, documenting time and materials used
  • Use and maintain hand and power tools including hammers, drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and saws in accordance with safety protocols
  • Clean and organize work areas, breakrooms, shop spaces, and personal tools to maintain a professional environment
  • Support skilled maintenance technicians with more complex repairs and may assist with after-hours emergency response when assigned

  • Strong attention to safety regulations and consistent practice of safety precautions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate courteously and effectively with patients, staff, fellow employees, and the general public
  • Must pass background investigation and drug screening due to access requirements for secured building areas
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working in healthcare or medical center environments
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety procedures and facility maintenance best practices
