Description

SUMMARY: Keeps the building in a clean and orderly condition and operates mechanical equipment as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Works the schedule, as assigned, and is punctual in arriving and leaving work.
  • Empties trash containers and disposes of trash appropriately.
  • Performs minor and routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and general building upkeep.
  • Notifies management regarding major repairs or upgrades needed for lighting, heating, and ventilation systems.
  • Cleans snow, ice, and debris from sidewalks and other areas.
  • Mows lawns, trims shrubs, and maintains flowers.
  • Provides excellent customer service to visitors and facility workers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred, with at least six months of general maintenance experience, or 1-3 months of related experience. Knowledge of painting, maintenance, and plumbing is desirable. Valid Oklahoma Driver's License, Class D, is required.
